With Vince Young at quarterback the Titans will be in contention in every game they play, not to mention haveing a vertern coach in Jeff Fisher. The score of this game was 22-20. Peyton Manning played well, but threw his first interception of the season along with a touchdown pass. The colts will have another tough divisional road game next week in Houston.

Colts win week one

The Indianapolis Colts humiliated the New Orleans Saints in the opening game of the 2007 NFL season. The score, 41-10, tells a story of complete domination of one team over the other. This game puts the Colts in the talks of the early favorites to reach the playoffs and possible Super Bowl conteders. Proir to the game the talk was how would the Colts defensive hold up against the NFL's number one offense in 2006. New Orleans scored only three offensive points off of a field goal. Their only touchdown came from a fumble recovery from Jason David, a former Colts player. Peyton Manning threw for three touchdowns and Joseph Addai ran for one. Another important note from this game was that the city of Indianapolis held multiple events to welcome the start of the NFL season that included concerts. The celebration was capped off by the unveiling the the NFL Championship Banner hung from the rafters at the RCA Dome.
